Elstead Youth Centre
Elstead Village Theatre is delighted to announce a special drama workshop for 8 to 16 year olds on Wednesday 19th August in the Youth Centre, Thursley Road.
Directed by Ruth Ahmed, a highly experienced drama teacher who also runs youth theatre groups in Tilford and Farnham, we will be devising a piece of theatre from scratch and rehearsing it before performing it to parents at the end of the day.
The day is aimed both at experienced performers who love the limelight and those who are a little shy and would benefit from some confidence building in a safe, supportive environment. Ruth has lots of experience in teaching neurodivergent kids and encouraging the older members of a group to help and encourage the younger ones. All we ask is that children bring plenty of water, a packed lunch (no nuts please) and lots of energy and enthusiasm! To reserve a place, please submit your details via the booking link below. We will then email you with details of how to pay. See you there!

We are excited to launch our first ever Night at the Musicals!
The setting may be Elstead Village Hall, but we promise you will be transported to the West End as fabulously talented singers and musicians from the village entertain you with a cornucopia of songs from Broadway and beyond.
Whether you are a Rogers and Hammerstein devotee, or Lin Manuel Miranda is more your vibe, if you love musical theatre then this is the evening for you.
